The program is dedicated
to researching and preventing suicide and related disorders. It’s mission is to
identify novel treatment targets for intervention, to develop and implement a
new generation of novel therapeutic approaches aimed at preventing and treating
suicide and depression. To provide high-quality interventions to
individuals with suicidal tendencies and depression. The Dolansky Program supports activities in several domains:

Dolansky Program has a core group of seven principal investigators (PIs), all
from the School of Psychological Sciences, specializing in diverse approaches
to preventing and treating suicide and related disorders, with a specific focus on depression.
The
team is in collaboration with the Douglas hospital in Montreal, Canada, a
McGill University teaching hospital. Together, looking to find solutions and to
inform the public of this deadly and preventable tragedy.
